We offer a full manufacturing service to a very high standard.
LIQUID ROTOR STARTERS
We manufacture Liquid Starters for the starting duty only of
AC slip ring induction motors on all range of applications such
as Fans, Compressors, Mills, MG sets etc…
The designs are based on the models manufactured originally
by AEI, but have been developed and upgraded to suit today's
market, especially the insulation parts.
Every machine is built be-spoke to suit customer's requirements.
Starters can be built from 200KW to 50MW. |

Refurbishment
Work
We refurbish all products to a very high standard-to as new
condition.
LIQUID ROTOR STARTERS
All makes and models are refurbished such as Allen West, AEI/BTH,
GEC, Raybrook & Rillmaze.
On-site inspections (at regular intervals) which come with
a full report and recommendations.

Refurbishment
on-site or at works, which includes as standard changing of
shorting contacts, insulation pieces (upgraded to polypropylene),
stripdown, shotblast/polish/re-paint, reset, painting, report
of future recommendations, change of electrolyte, commission.
