LIQUID CONTROLLERS/REGULATORS (LSR's) RHEOSTATS
We manufacture Liquid Controllers/Regulators for the control
and speed regulation of AC slip ring induction motors on all
range of applications such as Mine Winders, Cable Belts, Rolling
Mills, Generators, Boiler Feed Pumps, Wind Tunnels etc…
The designs are based on the models manufactured originally
by AEI, English Electric, Metropolitan Vickers and GEC, but
have been developed and upgraded to suit today's market, especially
the insulation parts.
Controllers/Regulators can be built from 100KW to 50MW. |

LIQUID CONTROLLERS/REGULATORS(LSR's) RHEOSTATS
All makes and models are refurbished such as AEI, Metropolitan
Vickers, English Electric, GEC, Raybrook & Rillmaze.
On-site inspections (at regular intervals) which come with
a full report and recommendations.
Refurbishment on-site or at works, which includes as standard
changing of electrodes, insulation pieces (upgraded to polypropylene),
stripdown, shotblast/polish/repaint, reset, checking of external
electrolyte circulating system (including heat exchanger,
pumps, pipework & valves), painting, report of future
recommendations, change of electrolyte, commission.
